Biography

Veronika Dzhioeva was born in South Ossetia. In 2000 he graduated from the University College of arts, vocal class (class N. I. Kestanbol), and in 2005 the St. Petersburg Conservatory (class of Professor T. D. Novichenko). Opera debut singer was held in February 2004 in the role of Mimi under the guidance of A. Shahmametiev. 

Today Veronika Dzhioeva is one of the most popular singers not only in Russia, but also far beyond its borders. She gave concerts in the UK, Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Sweden, Estonia, Lithuania, the USA, China, Hungary, Finland, South Korea and Japan. The singer is the recipient of numerous theatre awards, including "Golden mask", "Golden soffit". For the role of Lady Macbeth in Russian-French co-production of Verdi's "Macbeth" directed by D. czerniakow and also for the party Martha "Passenger" Weinberg she was awarded the prize "Paradise", and in 2010 - the National prize of the Czech EURO Pragensis Ars" for merits in the field of art.
